FAQ
We highly recommend our linens are hand washed and laid flat or hung to dry. Did we mention how cute they look on a clothesline? They are pre-washed 100% cotton and made to last a lifetime if handled with care. They should never be placed in the dryer. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.
When it comes to vintage items, a little care goes a long way. Skip the dishwasher and hand wash for best results. Do not microwave (unless otherwise stated on a dish).
Shopping vintage means purchasing pre-loved (used) pieces, so please note there may be signs of wear. We strive to describe the condition of all items as accurately as possible so there are no surprises upon arrival to your home. We firmly believe the age, use, and unique characteristics of each piece are what make them so special! We only sell items we would purchase for our little homes too.
While we hope to one day see Maude & May all over the world, we currently only offer shipping within the U.S.. However, you may email contact@maudeandmay.com if you would like to request an international shipment (for linens ONLY). International shipping is approved on a case-by-case basis depending on customs, etc.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items at this time. All purchases are final.
