We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for vintage items. All vintage purchases are final. 

We have a 14-day return policy for our linens. You have 14 days after receiving your item to process a return! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation number for proof of purchase.

To start a return, email contact@maudeandmay.com. Our team has an estimated 48-72 business hour response time. There is a flat fee of $6-8, depending on the item, for processing returns and exchanges. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Maude and May, 4045 Denny Ave. Studio City, CA 91604.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
